Beetlejuice Beetlejuice is the sequel the iconic Beetlejuice movie. For the movie’s release, we created a large-scale window display to gain traction and public attention for the movie release. This window was displayed on 27th st and 7th ave in NYC for the month of October, 2024.
The window display for Beetleiuice Beetleiuice (Beetlejuice 2) is a captivating homage to the original film's waiting room, reimagined to celebrate the sequel with the tagline "THE WAIT IS OVER." It features the iconic sandworm bursting out in a dramatic effect and Char Guy casually lounging with his smoldering cigarette. The display also has a dynamic element, with projections from a computer casting ghostly movements. The window is an eye-catching tease for the much-anticipated sequel, inviting fans to stop and take a look at the layered display.
Role: I helped design the inital concept and structures. I then worked in a fabrication team to build the frames/walls of the set, paint and texture the walls, fabricate detailed characters, integrate dynamic lighting and projections, and paint/install flooring.
